Visual Basic 6.0 run-time files

If you use Visual Basic 6 you really must install this, so you can fix the errors and get the necessary files required to use. Even if you already have Visual Basic 6 it is strongly recommended to install it.

Why not just use VB 10?

VB 6 I hear has viruses and is more of a pain to use then what it's worth...Why do people choose to use it over VB 10?

Because VB6 doesn't require a .NET framework update, as it uses .NET framework 2.5.

So it programs from vb6 work on a lot more systems than stuff from vb10 or vb08

Whoever uses VB6 it is highly recommended to install VB6 Run-Time Files before installing VB6 and this way he can be sure that VB6 will work without any problem.
